The fundamentals make sense in the long run, but does it make sense to invest in real estate now with the fastest run up in interest rates in history? Is now the time to buy the dip, or are we going to see more pain coming?
There’s also the struggle for affordability in Toronto. Can the city sustain these massive budget deficits? Will they raise our taxes?
